• Experience: Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is required.

• Manage guest seating and support with reservations when required.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Assist guests with game machines, helping them operate and navigate equipment smoothly.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across the floor and service areas.
• Conduct shift briefings to communicate service standards, updates, and expectations to the team.
