What is your mission? As a Verified Operations Specialist, you will be working with our Hospitality Account to deliver #happier customer experience. This role functions as the \xe2\x80\x9ctip of the spear\xe2\x80\x9d in Verified Listing Operations. You will be trained and familiarized with various property types and fill whatever gaps or challenges appear on the road to verify these listings. Your role and responsibilities will expand as needed depending on when and how we are verifying listings at a given time. You are also required to perform these job functions:

• Evaluate high volumes of data points running them against an evolving checklist of standards.
• Regularly and repeatedly take on new projects with fast moving targets and tight turnaround times.
• Provide structured feedback and recommendations for process improvement on an ongoing basis.
• Maintain high levels of confidentiality while performing investigations and demonstrate ability to comprehensively document investigations.
• Ensures the content / description / narrative uploaded in the platform are accurate by verifying the photos / supporting documentation provided.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master\'s Degree, any field.
• Preferable with 1 year of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work with a flexible schedule and on shifts.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations.
• Possesses technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly.
• Familiar with Google Suites products, e.g. Google Sheet / Docs / Slides
• Experienced with policy work or help resource project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
