This role is responsible for welcoming clients and their pets, managing front-desk tasks, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. You must enjoy being around animals and be able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Job Scopes:
Attend to clients and receive pets for appointments
Manage the clinic waiting area and maintain cleanliness
Communicate with customers (in person and by phone)
Handle basic enquiries and customer complaints
Schedule appointments and update records
Process payments and daily administrative tasks
Promote and sell products such as food, supplements, and accessories
Requirements:
Must love animals and not be afraid of cats or dogs
Good communication skills
Able to multitask and handle busy situations
Basic computer literacy is required
Friendly, patient, and able to deal with challenging customers
Comfortable with simple product selling
Working Hours :
9:00AM - 6:30PM (5.5 days per week)
