In this vital role for the business, you will own, develop and continuously enhance Salesforce (SF) app for the Auto Finance business. Key Responsibilities:

• Be accountable for the development and management of SF app for Auto Finance business
• Oversee and manage entire project life cycle for rollout of new initiatives related to SF App
• Liaise with key internal stakeholders including IT, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance and business units
• Manage other responsibilities as needed to Auto Finance\'s core mission
• Provide digital solutions that address pain points and limitations of our Auto Finance SF.
• Engage, motivate and encourage Auto Finance SF to adopt SF App which help improve the overall experience for customers

To succeed in the VHQ - Product Owner (Sales Force App) role, you will need to be responsible for leading strategic development and management of SF app for Auto Finance business. Key Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field
• A minimum of eight years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in product management or product planning or managerial experience in Product Development/Process Improvement/Project Delivery division in the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s lending business or fintech space
• Strong understanding of the tech ecosystem in Malaysia/region
• Experience in Agile project delivery is a bonus
• Track record of leading and managing teams or work streams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced and demanding environments
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of fintech, digital banking or e-commerce market developments and strategy.
• Proven experience with hands-on project management of fintech, digital banking or e-commerce new initiatives
• Good understanding of financial products especially Auto Finance is highly desirable
