Lead the development and execution of CCS account strategy as well as manage and implement tactical account planning of clients.

Manage Client Relationship Teams across relevant product spectrums and geography by ensuring that team members are clear on their contribution and expected outcomes.

Leverage, engage, support, collaborate, coordinate and manage the Bank's internal product network to ensure that the entire Bank's relevant products and expertise is brought to bear in every client interaction.

Oversee and manage together with the Bank's product partners internally, the execution of deals with clients.

Drive and own annual budgets together with the Bank's product partners internally and monitor actual performance against budget, drive product cross-selling and client profitability.

Develop critical relationships with client decision makers and regularly define and communicate commercial opportunities for new and existing clients. Coordinate relevant programmes and events for each client (including entertainment and economic/sector/ knowledge sharing road shows) and participate in key decision making activities by the client to ensure that the bank is included in any request of advisory and financing services.

Develop in-depth knowledge of the client's strategy & business and continuously research and analyse the clients' business context, operations and financial performance as well as maintaining detailed and current market intelligence to ensure that new opportunities for the bank are capitalised and threats are quickly identified.

Oversee the preparation of Pre-deal evaluation and credit paper for committee's approval and assist product partners in seeking approvals from relevant committees.

Prepare presentation deck for pitching, response to RFP, credit paper, account strategy and other materials as requested by the Head of CCS.



Required experience and qualification:



Degree and Certified Credit Professional

Experience in equity and/or debt capital market advisory is a favorable

* Minimum 7 years experience in credit function
