As "Vice President Manufacturing IT - Equipment and Material Handling Automation (f/m/div)"*, you will lead the development and implementation of IT strategies and solutions that enable Infineon's manufacturing operations to achieve world-class performance.
As "Vice President Manufacturing IT - Equipment and Material Handling Automation (f/m/div)*", you are responsible for driving and enabling manufacturing productivity and quality and unleash the full potential of the EMA team to deliver high-value digitalization solutions efficiently and effectively. Moreover, you will have to implement initiatives to significantly enhance manufacturing automation systems. In addition, you establish strategic alignment and operational excellence across the global team and collaborate with stakeholders across Europe, Asia, and North America.
In your new role you will:

• Define and implement the strategy for the Equipment and Material Handling Automation department within Manufacturing IT that aligns with the company's goals and objectives and positions the company as a leader in the industry
• Identify opportunities for growth and improvement and implement continuous improvement processes to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality, e.g. through automating operational tasks or establishing performance metrics
• Drive innovation by leveraging digitalization technologies and lead initiatives that position Infineon as a pioneer in manufacturing automation technologies
• Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse, global team who share the company's values and objectives, and who are capable of working together to achieve the company's goals
• Collaborate cross-functional and with global partners to conceptualize, share best practices, develop innovative solutions and visit conferences to stay up-to-date and to meet the needs of the business

As "Vice President Manufacturing IT - Equipment and Material Handling Automation (f/m/div)"* you know the factors for successful innovation and foster the necessary conditions. You work conscientiously on making things better, faster, and more efficient and commit yourself to the results of your own team and the company as a whole.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Achieved a master degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science or similar - MBA is considered as a plus
• At least 10 years of proven leadership experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or high-tech industries with a strong focus on automation
• A demonstrated track record of managing large, diverse teams across global regions
• Expertise in digitalization technologies and methodologies, coupled with strategic and operational knowledge of equipment and material handling automation
• Significant international experience with a deep understanding of cross-regional collaboration and cultural diversity
• The Ability to act initiatively and overcome challenges or new situations with creative solutions, as well as finding useful ways to reach ambitious targets
• Fluent English language skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
