Project Analyst
Lead the Project Analysts team to provide support to business team on discovering the problem and determining the solution, gathering, and planning business requirement through the project life cycle. Assist them to drive a business need from start to finish by coordinating information and as the bridge of communication in both internal or external parties and compile on project progress for senior management updates. Contribute inputs for functionality, process flows changes, key performance indicator, phase\xe2\x80\x99s breakdown, schedule of reporting and recommend insights for functionality improvement.
Project Governance
Lead the governance to ensure the repository and information profiling of the project life cycles, follows, and abide in broad changes to the current policies, procedure, compliance, audit, regulatory and governance in which may contribute directly or indirectly to the establishment of the PMO practices. Manage the versioning control of all relevant documents procedure and policies standard property. Oversee the PMO team-related training program covering of other jurisdictions within the PMO department.
Project Performance Monitoring
Lead the team to manage initiatives performance from cost utilization, timeline deliverables, and planned target achievement as per proposal submission to Bank management. Monitor and ensure that the project are meeting the planned result defined in their justification and business proposal stage with respective involved parties that accountable for the same impact and benefits.
Job Requirements
Bachelor or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Project Management, Software Engineering, Data Science or any related field required with 10-15 years of experience in a similar capacity. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Or with more than 15-20 years of multiple Banking and Technology exposure and experiences in financial industry with various discipline of banking processes and procedures. Understand the business nature and practicality of process flows its policy and procedures.
Possess strong knowledge and understanding with a combination of any in Consumer banking. Corporate Banking. Operations, Digitalization, Transactional Payment. Global Market Trade Finance, Treasury, human Capital or any related financial banking industry business field.
Proven ability to solve problems creatively with wrong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices in project management policy and procedure, governance laws and standards in the financial and banking industry.
Experience managing projects through the full life cycle with excellent analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills, and incredibly resourceful, proven ability to complete tasks according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
Meticulous in organizing the schedule, meeting, discussion, and others project management life cycles to ensure smooth deliverables and time management to complete task and activities apart of the cost control until the completion of the project.
Proficient in software technology and Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint), Projects applications(Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana or equivalent) and diagramming software.
