The goal:
maintain a consistent content pipeline that drives awareness, engagement, and qualified leads, without requiring daily input from the Founder.
Key Responsibilities (Approx. 3-4 Hours/Day or 60-80 Hours/Month)
1. Video Editing & Production (60-75 mins daily)
Edit raw video clips from coaching sessions, speaking engagements, and thought pieces.
Produce both
short-form
(Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts) and
long-form
content.
Add branding, subtitles, hooks, and motion graphics for professional polish.
Optimize formats for each platform to maximize watch time and engagement.
2. Content Repurposing & Editing (60-75 mins daily)
Convert transcripts into short articles, carousel captions, or blog posts.
Edit and refine AI-generated drafts to align with PETADIRI's tone and voice.
Format content with clear structure, headers, and readability in mind.
Maintain a
content library

3. Publishing, Optimization & Metrics (45-60 mins daily)
Schedule and publish content across YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Write SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and hashtags.
Design simple thumbnails in Canva.
Coordinate with
Anis (Admin Assistant)
for content scheduling and blog posting.
Track key metrics -- reach, engagement, click-throughs -- and share
monthly performance insights
to identify what drives visibility and leads.
4. Content Calendar & Support Tasks (2-3 times per week)
Maintain and update the
weekly content calendar
two weeks ahead.
Batch-edit videos and create reusable templates for recurring formats.
Research current platform trends to improve reach and relevance.
Suggest content angles or repurposing ideas from top-performing posts.
Required Skills & Tools
Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Descript).
Canva proficiency for thumbnails and basic design.
Understanding of video optimization and storytelling.
Basic copywriting and SEO familiarity.
Organized, self-driven, and comfortable with remote collaboration.
Familiarity with Malaysia's leadership or coaching space is a plus.
