Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, social media, ads, and websites
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative video ideas aligned with brand goals
Manage pre-production (storyboarding, scripting, location scouting) and post-production (editing, sound design, motion graphics)
Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos (e.g., TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and audience behavior
Maintain organized file management and content library
Occasionally assist with photography or other multimedia tasks as needed
Requirements
Proven experience in video production and editing (portfolio required)
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Jianying)
Basic motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects, Canva, etc. a plus)
Strong storytelling and visual composition skills
Understanding of aspect ratios and formatting for social platforms
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under tight timelines
Bonus: Experience in shooting with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and using gimbals/lights/mics
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communications, Design, or related field
1-3 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or social media
Experience creating content for brands, influencers, or agencies
