Kelayakan

• Education - Background in film production, videography, multimedia, or related fields is preferred; an outstanding portfolio may substitute academic requirements.
• Experience - 1-3 years of experience in social media or advertising video production is preferred; highly talented fresh graduates or self-taught creators are welcome to apply.
• Technical Skills - Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or other video editing and post-production tools.
• Creative Mindset - Able to transform creative briefs into compelling, visually impactful storytelling content.
• Social Media Awareness - Strong understanding of platform-specific compositions, shooting styles, and format guidelines.
• Portfolio - Please include representative video works.
• Adaptability - Able to deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience producing short-form ads for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
• Knowledge of social media content strategy and digital trend behavior.
• Skills in motion graphics or animation production.
• Familiarity with livestreaming technology (e.g., Vmix, OBS).

Tanggungjawab

• Creative Collaboration - Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop highly engaging video content for social media.
• End-to-End Production - Handle the full production workflow, including scriptwriting, shooting, editing, and post-production.
• Social Media Optimization - Adapt content for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms, integrating subtitles, music, and visual effects.
• Technical Execution - Operate lighting, audio, and camera equipment to ensure high-quality visuals and sound.
• Trend Tracking - Stay updated on social media and digital marketing trends, continuously innovating content formats.
• Cross-Department Coordination - Plan shooting schedules and coordinate with various departments to achieve project goals efficiently.
