Full job description

We are hiring a creative and proactive Video Content Editor to lead daily content creation for the company. This role covers filming, editing, and publishing content, mainly for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook. You will work closely with the creative marketing team to transform ideas into engaging visual stories that highlight our products and brand lifestyle.

Content Filming & Production

Plan and execute daily video shoots (product shots, lifestyle, testimonials, event videos, etc.) Shoot content using mobile/DSLR with good framing, lighting, and sound handling. Work with hosts and guide them during filming. Capture behind-the-scenes footage to support social content needs.

Video Editing

Edit raw footage into polished final videos with captions, transitions, effects, and music. Adapt and create short-form content in TikTok/Reels style. Maintain editing consistency based on brand tone and visual style. Ensure fast turnaround for content delivery

Publishing & Content Scheduling

Prepare, export, and upload video content to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Optimise captions, thumbnails, hashtags, and posting timing. Track performance analytics and adjust content direction for better results. Assist in brainstorming ideas for campaigns, new product releases and monthly content themes.

Requirements

Must Have:

Proficient in video editing (CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve) Skilled in camera operation, mobile shooting, basic lighting, and audio setup Creative direction sense with strong visual storytelling ability Familiar with TikTok & IG content style, pacing, and trend format Able to work fast with content output deadlines
Bonus Advantage:

Experience in content marketing or social media management Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop / Canva) Able to contribute new concepts independently without instruction
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
