Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Multimedia, Film Production, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Proven experience in video editing and content creation for social media.
• Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and storytelling ability.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Photography and graphic design skills are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and edit engaging video content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional and advertising videos.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand identity, tone, and messaging.
• Manage and organize raw footage, apply effects, transitions, captions, and music.
• Schedule and post content across various social media platforms.
• Analyze content performance and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
• Assist in other content-related tasks such as photography, graphic design, or copywriting when required.
