• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Design, Graphics, Film, or any related fields and experience
• Proven editing and motion graphic designing experience
• Prior experience with a strong portfolio of editing and motion graphics work
• Posses strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier Pro or similar tools
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead and to work in a team to deliver requested deliverables
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Organized and can prioritize effectively
• Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
• Immediate availability is strongly preferred

Tanggungjawab

• Meeting with director to determine production vision
• Adhere to brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Creating and delivering motion graphics for various media
• Develop illustrations, logo, and other designs using software or by hand
• Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motions graphics
• Reviewing raw materials to determine the shot list
• Manipulating film and video footage using modern editing techniques
• Ensuring the project follows a logical sequence
• Amend designs after feedback
• Consulting with the director and production team throughout the project
• Assess and resolve technical and creative issues methodically
• Perform other duties as may be assigned
