Employment Highlights: \xe2\x80\xa2 Young, energetic, creative, and supportive work environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Genuine work-life balance and flexible working hours \xe2\x80\xa2 Learn valuable hands-on work experience at a medium-sized start-up company - Wide range of perks and benefits such as remote work, leaves, dental claims and more What you would be doing: \xe2\x80\xa2 Work collaboratively with junior video editors to develop concepts for video and still content \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactively contributes conceptual and executional ideas to improve quality of end product \xe2\x80\xa2 Actively shares new filming and photo techniques, style inspiration and reference visuals to inspire creative team leads \xe2\x80\xa2 Offers multiple edit options for internal and client team partners \xe2\x80\xa2 Effectively manages time and tasks with multiple projects and deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 Embraces a collaborative edit process with internal and client team partners \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactively communicates ideas and opportunities for visual storytelling throughout the post-production process To be successful in this role, you will need to have: \xe2\x80\xa2 5+ years of video editing experience with a portfolio that showcases your strong skills in video editing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in long-form and short-form videos in the e-commerce space. \xe2\x80\xa2 Creative experience in filmmaking, videography media, art, communication, photography, and technology. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good understanding of all elements of producing a finished quality film or video. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in working with film and video in the content production field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in editing software, such as Adobe Premiere pro. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keen attention to detail to ensure that final edit aligns with key themes or objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones and on various projects simultaneously. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to understand the desired outcome of a project and bring them to life. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience editing various video projects and inserting sound effects, music, and transitions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in creating concept boards and other visual representations of planned edits for video projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication skills are required to have a solid understanding of project scope and implementation as well as communication with internal and external partners. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to collaborate well with other creative professionals to produce and provide high- quality finished and finalized products.
