- Must have an eye for story-hooks; to be able to determine videos which are able to capture the audience\'s attention.
- Must be diligent and have respect for deadlines
- Able to work independently, efficiently and deliver quality content with little supervision
- Create and develop video content, promotional video, story video, recruiting videos, corporate training, and other company-wide projects.
- Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media.
- Refine video by integrating relevant animations and effects
- Present ideas or pitches to clients to further motivate their decision and communicating with them whenever required.
- Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines, and select optimal forms of media for projects.
- Work independently, as well as part of a team to establish project deliverables.
- Plan video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot locations.
- Develop production schedules.
- Manage video library.
- Assist the team whenever required.
