Job Scope:

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor & Post-Production Specialist to join our client's team to handle video content post-production for the Hong Kong market. Raw footage will be provided from their Hong Kong filming team. Your main responsibility will be editing engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Views.

Edit and produce video content from raw footage into final deliverables optimized for social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram Reels, etc.) Add post-production effects, sound effects, and background music Insert accurate Traditional Chinese (????) subtitles based on Hong Kong Cantonese dialogue Ensure final output meets quality standards and follows Hong Kong social media trends and pacing Collaborate closely with the Hong Kong team for project briefings and revisions

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. Proficient in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut PRO, DaVinci Resolve) Fluent in Cantonese and Traditional Chinese (writing and reading) - must understand Hong Kong cultural and language nuances. At least 2 years of video editing experience, preferably with Youtube or social media projects. Familiar with trendy video editing styles suitable for Asian and Hong Kong audiences. Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
