Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing & Assembly

Edit raw video footage into engaging, high-quality real estate videos for marketing and promotional use. Apply cuts, transitions, and sequencing to ensure smooth storytelling and pacing.

Basic Planning of Edits

Understand project requirements and plan editing flow (storyline, sequence, duration, pacing). Suggest creative approaches to enhance video impact while keeping within brand style.

Enhancements & Effects

Add music, voiceovers, sound effects, and background scoring as required. Apply basic motion graphics, text overlays, titles, and branding elements.

Color Correction & Audio

Perform color grading and correction to ensure consistent look and feel across videos. Adjust sound levels, background noise, and ensure clarity of audio.

Client & Team Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing and creative team to understand requirements and feedback. Incorporate revisions and edits based on client or supervisor input.

Content Optimization

Export and adapt videos in multiple formats (social media, website, ads, property listings). Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms and devices.

File & Project Management

Maintain organized file structures for raw footage, edits, and final versions. Follow deadlines and deliver projects on time within the given budget.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

1-3 years experience in editing real estate videos or similar formats like lifestyle or architecture. Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Bonus points if you're familiar with S-Log 3 footage and basic colour grading. (nice to have, but not required). A sharp eye for clean cuts, smooth transitions, and visual rhythm. Someone who can maintain brand consistency across multiple edits. Reliable, very responsive, and able to work at a good pace without sacrificing quality.
