Develop shooting plans based on company requirements, and execute video production including filming and post-production editing.
Responsible in the entire filming process, including setting up lighting, arranging scenes, and composing shots to highlight product selling points.
Understand viral video trends and key engaging factors, and ensure cohesive themes, smooth transitions, pacing, and music choice to enhance video quality.
Proactively guide models to evoke desired emotions during shoots, participate in content reviews, and provide creative suggestions.
Actively complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors and support team members through collaboration.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in video shooting and editing (experience in beauty/personal care products is preferred).
Proficient in using various photography equipment, and skilled in scene setup and lighting adjustment.
Familiar with short video visual language and expression techniques, capable of storyboarding, refining scripts, and discussing shot design during planning.
Proactive, strong communication skills, team-oriented, responsible, with excellent learning ability and creativity.
