Job Description

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Art / Design / Creative Multimedia, Advertising /

Media or equivalent.

• Able to edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, or any of the following: Final Cut Pro, Adobe

After Effects.

• Able to do the basics of the following: audio clean-up, audio mastering, lighting setup, white

balance levels, and colour correction.

• Must be available to work a non-standard schedule in order to fulfill assigned duties and

responsibilities (OT will be provided).

• Excellent communication skills required and ability to work effectively and collegially with other departments and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on multiple assignments and to work collaboratively within a team required.

/Responsibility:

• Work closely with the social media team to create video content for various platforms such as

Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.

• Brainstorm video concepts and create storyboards and scripts to be reviewed by the marketing team.
• Strategize & plan video shoots and work collaboratively cross department/team to acquire

talents and products/props needed for the shoot.

• Oversee the creation of a video from Pre-Production, Production, till Post-Production.
• Executes shoots on-site/on location including audio, camera operation, lighting set up, and

talent directions.

• Scouts shoot locations and assess possible obstacles in filming and provide solutions or

alternatives.

• Plans and performs video editing tasks, including animation, audio and music, and final editing using Adobe Premiere Pro software.
• Utilizes computer graphics and special effects for video post-production in accordance with the overall production concepts.
• Direct multi-camera studio productions; supervise cameras, sound, teleprompter, and floor

director positions in the course of project production.

• Stays informed about the current state of and future advances in video production technology and video distribution.
