Bayu Somerset is looking for a creative and versatile
Videographer / Content Creator
to join our growing in-house team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for visual storytelling, social content, and brand building through engaging, aesthetic video and photo content.

What You'll Be Doing
1) Content Creation
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for brand campaigns, social media, product launches, and events
Capture photo content to complement video storytelling and marketing needs
Develop storyboards and creative concepts aligned with brand goals and direction
2) Production & Editing
Handle end-to-end video production: filming, lighting, sound, and editing
Edit videos with motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and sound design
Ensure all content is delivered in appropriate formats for social platforms (IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
3) Collaboration & Strategy
Work closely with the creative, marketing, and retail teams to develop fresh content ideas
Support live event coverage and behind-the-scenes content
Stay up-to-date with social media and video trends to keep our content relevant and engaging
What We're Looking For
Diploma/Degree in Film, Multimedia, Design, Communications, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in videography, video editing, or content creation (fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome)
Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording
A strong visual eye and understanding of social media aesthetics
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or product-based content is a plus
