Job Description

1. TikTok Content Creation

Plan, script, shoot, and edit engaging short videos tailored for TikTok and other social media platforms. Ensure videos are dynamic, trend-driven, and optimized for high engagement

2. Creative Video Production

Manage the full production process: shooting, lighting, sound, editing, subtitles, effects, and background music. Bring fresh, creative ideas to every project to make content stand out.

3. On-Trend Video Execution

Actively monitor TikTok trends, viral challenges, editing styles, and sounds. Adapt and apply them to brand content while maintaining originality and brand identity.

4. Video Channel & Account Management

Handle posting, scheduling, and updating TikTok accounts. Optimize titles, captions, hashtags, and tags for better visibility and reach.

5. Performance Tracking

Monitor video analytics (views, engagement, conversions) and prepare performance reports. Recommend improvements to continuously increase reach and effectiveness.

6. Production Support

Guide actors, talents, or team members during shoots. Ensure timely delivery of videos with top-notch quality.

7. Compliance & Best Practices

Ensure all content complies with platform guidelines, copyright rules, and brand standards. Resolve any content infringement or violation issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience

in TikTok video creation and editing, with a strong portfolio of short-form video content. Proficient in editing software such as

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and CapCut

. Skilled in handling

camera, sound, and lighting equipment

. Excellent sense of pacing, timing, and storytelling suitable for TikTok's short attention span. Ability to

adapt quickly to trends

and execute fast turnarounds under tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and collaboration. A creative, proactive mindset with the passion to produce content that

stands out on TikTok

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Film, Cinematography, Media Studies, or a related field preferred. Minimum

2-3 years of professional experience

in video production and editing.

Hands-on experience with TikTok

content creation and account management is a must.
