Preference for Mandarin-Speaking Candidate to Manage Xiao Hong Shu Account

Job Responsibilities:

Work closely with the digital marketing team to develop and produce commercial and short-form video content specifically for the Xiao Hong Shu platform. Edit and curate video footage to produce high-quality full-length videos, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with project briefs. Enhance video content through the addition of dialogue, sound effects, music, motion graphics, and special effects as needed. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives, audience, and content requirements. Manage video production equipment, including lighting, audio, and camera setup, to ensure professional-quality results during shoots. Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and assist in developing storyboards for commercial video projects.

Job Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in creating content for platforms such as Xiao Hong Shu and TikTok. Proven track record as a Videographer and Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing video production and editing capabilities. Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software. Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail, with the ability to bring concepts to life through engaging video content. In-depth knowledge of social media trends, especially on platforms like TikTok and Xiao Hong Shu, and the ability to produce content that resonates with these audiences. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. Strong multitasking abilities with a proven capability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Solid organizational skills and precision in handling video production workflows. Hands-on knowledge of video production equipment, including cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording tools.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
