Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Videographer to join our team. As Assistant Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality video content to support our company\'s objectives and marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with our creative and marketing teams to ensure that our brand message is effectively communicated through visually compelling videos.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute video shoots, including conceptualization, storyboarding, scriptwriting, location scouting, and scheduling.
• Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio devices.
• Capture high-quality video footage, ensuring proper framing, lighting, and composition.
• Edit and post-produce videos, using video editing software to create polished and engaging final products.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop creative concepts and execute video projects that align with our brand and marketing goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and new technologies to continuously improve video production quality and processes.
• Manage video production timelines and deliver projects within agreed-upon deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external resources, such as actors, models, and crew members, to ensure smooth production processes.
• Assist with video distribution, including uploading and optimizing videos for various platforms and channels.
• Maintain video equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Videographer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video production skills.
• Proficiency in operating video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of videography techniques, including composition, lighting, sound, and storytelling.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Strong creative vision and ability to translate ideas into visually compelling videos.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in video production, including social media video formats and platforms.
• A bachelor\'s degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
