Role Summary

We are looking for 1-2 creative and versatile

Videographer & Editor

to join our team. You will be responsible for the entire video production process--from setting up the lights and hitting "record" to the final edit. Your goal is to create high-quality, engaging video content that tells our story and captures our audience's attention.

Key Responsibilities

Production (The "Shooter" part):

Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for indoor and outdoor shoots.
Capture high-quality raw footage based on a brief or script. Direct subjects (if necessary) to ensure comfortable and natural-looking performances.

Post-Production (The "Editor" part):

Trim and assemble raw footage into a cohesive and compelling story. Add music, sound effects, basic graphics/titles, and transitions. Perform color correction and audio leveling for a professional finish.

Management:

Organize and store all raw and finished video assets. Export videos in the correct formats for various platforms (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, Website).

Skills & Requirements

Experience:

Proven experience as a videographer or video editor (a link to a

portfolio or reel

is required).

Software:

Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, etc).

Technical:

Strong understanding of framing, lighting, and capturing clean audio.

Creative:

A "good eye" for aesthetics and a solid sense of pacing and timing.

Soft Skills:

Ability to work under deadlines and take constructive feedback on edits.

Bonus Points (Optional)

Experience with basic motion graphics or animation (After Effects). Knowledge of social media trends and "short-form" content styles.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
