Job Description
Villa Manager - 5-Star Beach Resort, Malaysia
Salary: RM5,000 - RM7,000
The Villa Manager oversees all villa operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and profitability in line with luxury hospitality service standards. The role manages Front Office and Food & Beverage villa services while leading and developing the villa team.
Responsibilities:
-Deliver personalized, high-end guest experiences and handle VIPs and complaints
-Manage daily villa operations, service standards, and hygiene compliance
-Control costs, maximize revenue, and ensure accurate billing procedures
-Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate villa associates
-Coordinate with culinary, sales, and other departments
-Maintain villa product quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
Requirements:
-Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field
-Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury or high-end hospitality management
-Strong leadership, guest service, and communication skills
-Proficient in hotel systems and computer applications
-Fluent in English
Working Hours, Minimum 48 hours per week; additional hours as required
-Preference to locally based candidates
