Job Description
We are looking for a talented sales professional to join our team. He/She will take care of our most important clients and make sure they have a special experience. In this role, He/She will build strong relationships with our VIP clients and delivering an exceptional luxury experience
Responsibility:-
- Establish and manage portfolio of VIP clients.
- Actively communicate and provide knowledge of products, trends and services to VIP clients
- Support team to build acquisition strategy and actively recruit high potentials
- Support store in driving a client centric mind-set
- Organize client engagement events and network at VIP gatherings to foster new client relationships.
- Deliver exceptional client service

\xc2\xb7 A highly motivated and competent individual able to converse at all levels both internally and externally with staff and clientele.
\xc2\xb7 A total self-starter able to set the standard by their own professionalism and attitude.
\xc2\xb7 Holding and showing the capacity to shadow more junior members of staff when it comes to sales conversion. Having the ability to be an encouraging and professional mentor.
\xc2\xb7 Must be energetic, self-motivated and self-organised. Willing to do whatever is required to get the job done.
\xc2\xb7 Structured and organised, but nonetheless be approachable and have a flexible outlook.
\xc2\xb7 Willingness to work hard and always have the intention to drive the business forward.
\xc2\xb7 Being able to work on several tasks at a time.
\xc2\xb7 Being capable to work to deadlines / ability to prioritise / optimal time management.
Job Requirements
Personal Qualities and Experience:
\xc2\xb7 Experience in luxury retail, hospitality or lifestyle essential at least 2 years
\xc2\xb7 Excellent client development and communication skills
\xc2\xb7 Deep knowledge of the luxury market
\xc2\xb7 Client centric and focused on exceptional service standards
