The resort consists of 499 guest rooms, a 64-acre nature reserve, the Rasa Ria Reserve, home to wildlife including long-tailed macaques and slow lorises, and home to an 18-hole championship golf course with picture-perfect views of Mt Kinabalu (a UNESCO World Heritage site).

We\'re looking for a customer-centric Virtual Concierge or aspiring to be, required for our Rooms Division.

Job Summary

The Virtual Concierge, under the guidance and supervision of the Virtual Concierge Manager, is the first point of contact between guests and the resort, therefore is responsible to ensure that guest requests received via telephone calls, business WhatsApp & Kipsu messages, and emails are followed through with relevant departments.

Requirement

Presentable and neat.
Good standard of oral and written English; additional language i.e., Mandarin / Korean / Japanese a definite advantage.
Willing to learn and pleasant disposition.
Ability to interact, responsible and able to take initiative.
Ability to work flexible hours.
