Takes ownership and initiative to complete necessary research and customer follow-up or direct the customer to the appropriate department for resolution. Is responsible for achieving individual targets and goals whilst maintaining quality and compliance.Job Requirements

  • Candidate should possess minimum qualifications: SPM /Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any field
  • Preferably Executive specializing in Customer Service role or equivalent
  • Both fresh graduates or experienced applicants are welcome to apply
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
  • Fast learner and able to adapt to changes
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrate teamwork all the time
  • Candidates must be able to work in rotational shift
  • Must be willing to work on weekend or Public Holidays
  • Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written. Mandarin is an added advantage
