Job Description


  • Assist in the processing and documentation of travel visa and additional services.
  • Coordinate with customers and relevant authorities to obtain necessary documentation and information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of documents, ensuring proper documentation and filing.
  • Handle book-keeping tasks, including managing invoices, expense reports and financial records related to visa services.
  • Collaborate with the team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct research on visa requirements, regulations and updates. Communicate relevant information to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues and maintaining professional communication.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings and interviews related to visa services.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports and maintaining office supplies.
