Key Responsibilities

Conduct on-site commissioning and debugging of 2D machine vision systems, including camera, industrial lens, lighting setup, and related software deployment. Perform imaging setup, tuning, and troubleshooting for 3D structured-light vision systems (where applicable). Coordinate with the R&D/algorithm team to support continuous algorithm optimization and improvement. Execute on-site vision algorithm validation and testing based on customer requirements and actual production processes. Support vision-guided positioning projects, ensuring system stability, accuracy, and readiness for production use.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Automation, Robotics, Machine Vision, Control Engineering, or related fields. 1-2 years of hands-on experience in commissioning/debugging 2D vision systems OR 1-2 years of experience with 3D structured-light vision systems. Practical experience in N-point (nine-point) calibration and rotation center calibration, OR hand-eye calibration involving 3D cameras and robotic arms. Prior involvement in vision positioning / vision guidance project debugging and deployment. Experience integrating vision systems with robotic arms is highly preferred. Bilingual in Mandarin and English (spoken and written). Able to work under pressure with strong adaptability in on-site / customer-facing environments.
