Vision System Senior Staff Engineer

What we expect

Source, develop, setup and qualify Vision Inspection System for new products. Provide technical advice/ support on Vision Inspection topic during product design/engineering phase. Transfer knowledge and handover vision system to production and support vision technical training as a vision expert. Contribute to Process and Product road map including evaluating and developing alternative solutions to ensure OSRAM's technological leadership position. Ensure safe work procedures and compliance to 5S in working environment. Work closely with project team members, suppliers and oversea counterparts.
Who we are looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronic/ Mechatronic/ Electromechanical) or equivalent. At least 2 years of related working experience in semiconductor industry. Knowledge in mechanical design and/or test process knowledge will be an added advantage with strong analytical skill, systematic problem solving approach skill, statistical. knowledge, very careful and detailed-oriented personality. 3D / X-ray inspection expertise will be added advantage.
