Job Scope
The Royal Selangor Visitor Centre showcases the brand heritage stories of Royal Selangor through artifacts, museum displays as well as demo areas. The Ambassador\xe2\x80\x99s key duties is to story tell and share amazing stories with all visitors in an engaging and compelling manner. The Ambassador is also required to attend to special projects and events held at the Royal Selangor Visitor Centre. Key Responsibilities
\xe2\x97\x8f Providing all visitors the Royal Selangor Visitor experience in accordance to brand standards and guidelines.
\xe2\x97\x8f Conduct tours and manage special visits.
\xe2\x97\x8f Story tell and share brand heritage stories centered around museum artifacts and products on showcase.
\xe2\x97\x8f Address any enquiries from visitors. Job Requirements
\xe2\x97\x8f Candidates must possess at least SPM, Professional Certificate/Diploma in any field. Fresh graduates who are interested in building their career in hospitality, retail and tourism are also encouraged to apply. Required Skills & Attributes
\xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to converse in Mandarin or other foreign languages will be an added advantage
\xe2\x97\x8f Basic computer skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Pleasant, courteous and engaging.
\xe2\x97\x8f Well-groomed appearance
\xe2\x97\x8f Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays when required
\xe2\x97\x8f To be based in the global head office of Royal Selangor International in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to RM2,500.00 per month Supplemental pay types:
