We are seeking a skilled UXUI Designer to join the Finsmart Solutions team. The ideal candidate will create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces and marketing assets that support our trading products, campaigns, and brand presence. You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences across platforms.

Responsibilities:

Lead UXUI design for trading platforms, investment tools, mobile apps, and web applications within the securities/fintech domain. Take primary responsibility for product UI design, marketing campaign visuals, and website visual design for Finsmart Solutions. Translate product requirements and user journeys into clean, modern, and user-friendly interface designs. Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications using Figma/Sketch. Maintain and evolve design systems and visual guidelines to ensure consistency across products. Accurately understand and analyze design requirements, independently manage project timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Drive the execution and implementation of visual design solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical constraints. Support branding and marketing initiatives by producing visuals that match the company's identity and campaign goals. Stay informed of global UI/UX trends and best practices within the fintech and securities industry.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of UI/visual design experience, preferably in securities, fintech, banking, or internet-related industries. Strong visual design skills with deep understanding of layout, typography, color, and information hierarchy. Proficient in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with motion or prototyping tools is a plus. Ability to translate complex financial data and workflows into clear and user-friendly interfaces. Experience with AI-assisted design tools is an advantage. Applicants must provide a design portfolio showcasing UI and visual design work. Able to communicate with stakeholders in English & Mandarin. Experience in financial services, trading or fintech is a plus.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
