Other key responsibilities include:

• Craft visually engaging designs for websites, mobile apps, marketing materials, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Ensure designs align with the company\'s brand guidelines for a unified visual identity across all channels.
• Partner with the Global Creative Services team and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive and impactful design solutions.
• Apply user-centred design principles to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces and experiences.
• Develop wire frames, mock ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance design quality and innovation.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Visual Arts or Graphic Design.
• Over 3 years of professional experience in visual and graphic design.
• A diverse portfolio showing creativity, detail, and design tool proficiency.
• Skilled in applying responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and expertise in HTML/CSS.
• Expertise in design principles, typography, colour theory, layout, and UI/UX.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative ideas effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
