Creating appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customers through the entire store. Creatively use/design of visual and POSM to enhance the product communication and brand storytelling for window display, signs, interior display and special promotion displays. Manage external vendors (eg. printing vendors, contractors, etc) for VM execution. Cross-functional communication and alignment among departments for seasonal store VM update, events, and other projects. Conduct VM store audit and provide feedback on VM execution. Train and guide visual merchandisers in store. Facilitate training program for store team and partners. Store promo signage: create layout (print and digital), produce the POSM and deliver to stores. Support marketing campaign, event, pop-up with layout, graphic, POSM design and execution. Undertake any other duties in relation to the job scope as assigned from time to time. Store maintenance: Work with venders to manage store maintenance requests. Manage the end-to-end procurement (purchase order) process. Track and monitor VM expenses. Store database: Update and maintain SEA store database. Support any ad-hoc assignments/ projects as assigned for career development. Requirement: Diploma/Degree in Visual/Fashion merchandising, Industrial Design, graphic design or similar 2-3 years VM experience in relevant industry, ideally footwear Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window display, signs, interior display, and space utilization. Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong VM portfolio Creative and innovative thinker
