Visual Merchandising Executive / Senior Executive (CaryaZara)

CaryaZara, a rapidly growing premium modest fashion brand, is looking for a

Visual Merchandising Executive / Senior Executive

with strong creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for brand storytelling.

In this role, you will be the guardian of CaryaZara's visual identity -- ensuring every store display, mannequin styling, and product presentation reflects the brand DNA and delivers an inspiring customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Execute seasonal and promotional visual displays according to CaryaZara's brand direction. Style mannequins, window displays, and focal areas to highlight signature collections. Ensure all visual materials (props, signage, mannequins) are properly installed and maintained. Maintain strong visual consistency across all stores - color coordination, product placement, and accessory styling. Conduct regular store checks and implement visual improvements when necessary. Support new store openings, store renovations, and seasonal floor-set rollouts. Track and manage VM inventory including props, tools, and mannequins. Prepare and communicate VM guidelines, floor plans, and styling directions to store teams.
Provide training and guidance to retail teams on visual merchandising best practices.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion/Retail Design, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in visual merchandising or retail display. Strong creative sense with excellent understanding of color coordination, layout, and product presentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is an added advantage. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
Willing to travel for store visits and VM projects.

Added Advantage

Candidates with the following skills will have an added advantage:

Ability to create

3D mockups

for store layouts, window concepts, or display proposals. Familiarity with 3D design software such as:

SketchUp

CLO 3D

Blender

Rhino

3ds Max

Strong visual presentation skills for concept pitching and design approvals.
