Visual Merchandiser
Salary: RM2,000
Location: First Avenue Penang
We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser who will be responsible for creating and executing visually appealing and effective displays to promote fashion products and increase sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing window displays, in-store displays, and promotional setups in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
- Collaborating with store managers and buyers to ensure displays accurately reflect the store\'s brand identity, seasonal trends, and customer preferences.
- Creating visual merchandising plans and schedules, including installation and removal of displays.
- Maintaining and organizing visual merchandising materials, such as props, signage, and lighting.
- Analyzing sales data and customer feedback to make recommendations for improvements to displays and merchandising strategies.
- Conducting store visits and providing visual merchandising training to store staff.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, and implementing best practices accordingly.
- Occasionally participating in off-site events, such as fashion shows or photo shoots.
