JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title Visual Merchandiser Industry Retail (Apparel) Location Kajang, Selangor Job Responsibilities
\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for market findings, research and strategy planning for overall brand look and feel.
\xe2\x97\x8f Propose and design overall visual strategies across outlet POSM, window display and product showcase.
\xe2\x97\x8f Research and improve overall shopper experience by implementing new design / point of attraction.
\xe2\x97\x8f Oversee the production and guiding outlet staff on displaying the produced design.
\xe2\x97\x8f To communicate and guide outlet staff on visual display in terms of commercial product brand guide, display kit and etc.
\xe2\x97\x8f Hands on and works closely with appointed ID for in store layout planning, window display arrangement and POSM.
\xe2\x97\x8f Proposed relevant strategies through timely industrial and behavioural trends and data collection to draw recommendations on effective branding plans.
\xe2\x97\x8f To perform time to time outlet visitation for overall display enhancement and understanding the requirement.
\xe2\x97\x8f To propose a campaign/ festival POSM.
\xe2\x97\x8f Liaise with key suppliers from time to time for the latest commercial poster refresh.
\xe2\x97\x8f To involve in new outlet opening in terms of product display and arrangement.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensuring consistency / uniformity of branding across multiple outlet locations.
\xe2\x97\x8f Liaising with other retail professionals, including buyers, marketing executives, and retail merchandisers, when necessary. Experience Needed
\xe2\x97\x8f At least 3 years working experience in Interior Design background or related fields.
\xe2\x97\x8f Mature with positive work attitude Salary: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kajang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Visual Merchandiser: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Required)
