What You'll Do:

Visual Display & Execution

Plan, design, and execute attractive visual merchandising displays for retail stores, counters, and events. Ensure all displays reflect Avenys' brand identity, aesthetics, and campaign themes. Maintain consistent visual standards and store layouts across all retail locations.

Product Presentation & Store Layout

Collaborate with Retail and Marketing teams to plan product launches, promotions, and seasonal themes. Optimize store flow and product placement to enhance customer experience and sales performance. Conduct regular store visits to assess display execution, visual upkeep, and compliance.

Creative Concept Development

Support new visual ideas for brand campaigns, window displays, pop-up activations, and special events. Keep up to date with beauty and retail trends to infuse fresh and engaging concepts.

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare visual reports with photos and layout updates for management review. Liaise with suppliers, printers, and contractors for props, signage, and fixtures. Manage VM materials inventory and ensure timely delivery and installation.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail visual merchandising (preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or fashion industry).*
Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and creativity.

Proficient in visual planning tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or SketchUp).*
Hands-on, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Willing to travel for store visits when required.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
