Key Responsibilities:

VM:

Develop and execute

in-store displays, product arrangements, and window presentations

to showcase DeGem's collections. Plan and manage

seasonal themes, product launches, and promotional setups

. Collaborate with the marketing team, product team to ensure product availability, properly display and align in-store visuals communications. Ensure

brand consistency across all boutique displays

and merchandising materials. Conduct regular

store visits

to maintain high visual merchandising standards. Monitor competitor trends and

luxury retail display innovations

for inspiration. Work closely with the product and sales teams to optimize

product placement strategies

Event Planning & Execution:

Support the planning and execution of brand events (ie product launches, VIP previews, festive campaigns) Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, vendors, and event decor liaison.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in

Design, Fashion, or a related field

with Visual Merchandising.

3-5 years of experience

in luxury retail or jewellery visual merchandising. Strong

design and creative skills

with a keen eye for detail. Good project management and organizational skills. Proficient in

Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software

. Excellent

organizational and project management abilities

. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
