Responsible for the development of Voice Product and Service Offering for market distribution.
Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to boost revenue and manage product profit and loss.
Contribute to the creation and cost estimation of new products.
Collaborate with Legal on formulating Services\xe2\x80\x99 Terms & Conditions for customers.
Aid in crafting a Service Level Agreement for Voice Services.
Monitor and evaluate Supplier performance.
Ensure 2-3 quotes for each purchase for compliance
Continuously scout and explore new local and international suppliers.
Coordinate closely with Engineering and Operations to ensure seamless support for customer-oriented services.
Offer business support to Sales and Presales to enhance success rates in securing contracts and fostering long-term partnerships.
