VP of IDC Location: Johor, Malaysia : 1. Responsible for investment expansion of overseas data center projects, and conducting forward-looking chassis resource expansion planning and analysis based on industry business distribution and regional entry strategies; 2. Understand the land information, market trends, policies and regulations, industry trends, etc. in the area, and establish a basic database for investment and expansion business; 3. Coordinate and organize other relevant business departments of the company to jointly conduct in-depth research and feasibility analysis of the project, and complete investment expansion decision-making suggestions, as well as risk analysis and management during the bidding and acquisition process of the project; 4. Responsible for project evaluation, studying market conditions, organizing and participating in project business negotiations, and promoting investment project progress throughout the entire process; Lead the acquisition of land and investment projects, managing and implementing land commercial negotiations, bidding for delisting, and agreement implementation work; 5. Establish good government public relations and corporate partnerships, and continuously manage relationships; 6. Complete other tasks needed. Requirements: 1. Bachelor\'s degree or above; 2. At least 3 years of work experience in project expansion related to the data center industry, or at least 5 years of land expansion in the real estate industry with experience in data center-related projects; 3. Familiar with the requirements of cooperation and investment negotiation processes with government and large enterprises, as well as relevant laws and regulations; Having a sense of responsibility and strong ability to withstand pressure, possessing excellent communication and coordination skills, public relations skills, and negotiation skills; 4. Having strong writing skills, possessing certain government and investment resources, and customer service awareness; 5. Good physical health, strong pressure resistance, strong sense of responsibility and professional dedication; 6. Candidates with a government work background or relevant resource accumulation are preferred.
