Job Responsibilities Plan and execute operations assurance review - Identify key risks to the business operations, plan operations assurance review which includes review scope, assurance and sampling methodology and review field work. Test and evaluate controls in place and identify areas for improvement. Liaise with various level of management in the planning and conducting the operations assurance reviews. Involved in discussions on operations assurance review observations, emerging risks and actions needed to address the identified risks. Provide advisory to relevant operations centers on queries / clarifications relating to governance, risks and controls. Facilitate gaps analysis, SOP revision and implementation across operations centers for any new / update on Group Policy & Procedures, Country Policy & Procedures and regulatory changes by OCs. Review operational risk management tools such as IRF, KORI, MRA, Audit Report, Assurance Review Report, regulatory inspection to identify, track and monitor key risks within OCs Consolidate and prepare periodic control reports to Country and Group T&O management. Manage and coordinate audits or inspections by internal audits, external audits, compliance and regulators. Track and monitor timely completion of action plans for audits, IRF, MRA, Audit Report, Assurance Review Report, regulatory inspection. Timely escalation of significant control issues / incidents to Team Lead & Head of TOGA for appropriate action to be taken. Job Requirements A Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or its equivalent. Accounting or auditing professional qualifications would be added advantage At least 5 years of experience in internal, external audit or compliance function. Knowledge in commercial banking business operations. Result oriented and requires minimal supervision. Ability to build relationship and interact effectively with internal and external parties. Good written, verbal and presentation skills. Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in applying established techniques, procedures or standards. Ability to work under pressure with multiple assignments. Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
