Job Overview:The Social Media & Digital lead will oversee and manage the bank's social media platforms, create and execute a social media strategy plan to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and facilitate an environment for the business divisions to drive sales growth. He/she will collaborate with departments across the organisation to ensure consumer engagement and grow social media metrics.
