About the Department

The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group\'s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

Job Responsibilities

To review, maintain and develop credit policies/frameworks of the Bank to reflect the change in credit risk in line with business of the Bank.

Regularly monitors regulatory changes impacting the Bank. Make recommendations for suitable changes to the credit policy, if so required.

Perform independent review of product programs and proposals to ensure alignment to the Bank\'s credit risk appetite encapsulated within the credit policies.

To provide guidance on policy interpretation and implementation as well as feedback on any revision to operating practices or processes is in alignment to the credit policy.

To review, monitor and report Credit Discretionary Limits of credit approving authorities.

Other responsibilities include secretariat functions, managing of regulatory request, reporting etc.

Job Requirements

Degree with more than10 years of related experience.

A creative approach to solving complex problems.

The ability to work as part of a dynamic, results oriented team.

The ability to plan your own workload and prioritize tasks.

Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with senior stakeholders.
