About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Development of New Product, Value enhancement & migration/ conversion of products and product maintenance, ensuring business profitability & revenue drivers.
  • Drive Partnership engagement, including Cobrand products, lead strong negotiations in securing contractual obligations with partners optimizing partner\'s assets & engagement programs.
  • Drive execution of compliance/regulatory mandates/regulatory reporting/ network association mandates.
  • Owner of production innovations, payments developments and enhancement capability
  • Drive customer experience and process improvement & cost efficiency opportunities
  • Overall management of rewards & loyalty programs including engagement with rewards partners
  • Management of global system enhancements which supports the redemption platform
  • Management of the rewards affinity rebate line including annual fee revenue
  • Strategize and execute plans for retention programs to curb attrition
Job Requirements
  • 5 years of Cards Experience
  • Proven excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Strong execution skills
  • Indepth understanding on execution & credit card processes.
  • Experience in risk & data management would be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills and experienced with managing relationships.
  • Detailed and meticulous.
  • Committed with the desire to achieve goals and targets.
  • Strong team player
