About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

Leads a team responsible for managing the growth and profitability of the cards including Co brands, Debit Cards, sales support and ongoing marketing promotions as well as the customer experience, of the credit cards products. These actions include (but not limited to): * This function is responsible to be the customer advocate under the cards group. Its main goal is to assure that the business delivers its promise to create a remarkable experience. This position is responsible to assure that any change to any process related to cards that will impact directly or indirectly a customer, will be positive and in alignment to the purpose of the change, avoiding any collateral damage.

• Accountable for product profitability and meeting annual business targets in coordination with all support units, sales and distribution team.
• Conceptualize, propose, develop and launch new product variants including Co brands and Debit cards. Drive these projects for timely execution. Co-ordinate with various divisions to ensure all aspects of the product development including systems, processes and procedures, audit compliance and legal approvals are in place.
• Monitor credit cards, co brands, debit cards, asset product movements, maintenance and upgrading for product features, adding new features to existing products based on market requirement and competition post. Assist in managing customer issues and all queries on product and promotions from support units/customers.

Job Requirements

• 5 -7 years of Cards Experience
• Proven excellent negotiation skills
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Strong execution skills
• Indepth understanding on execution & credit card processes.
• Experience in risk & data management would be an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills and experienced with managing relationships.
• Detailed and meticulous.
• Committed with the desire to achieve goals and targets.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Bachelor\'s Degree in an analytical discipline; MBA preferred
