About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities

Lead/Assist to Plan, Monitor and assist Business Project Manager from inception until implementation. (for all Retail project including Accelerated Build and Citi migration )

Lead/lead/Assist in Conduct feasibility study and scope with Business/Product Managers on Business Requirement and obtain business case and justification for the initiative.

Assist to Prepare Change Request and engage BTOM to provide impact analysis with cost and proposed timeline for the initiatives. Manage and monitor the SLA.

Negotiate with BTOM on the project cost and key milestones timeline & arrange for management approval.

Provide suitable proposal and recommendation where applicable and table any gap analysis on the initiatives. Escalate any roadblocks impacting scope and timeline to the relevant stakeholders for resolution

Participate in the review on prioritization/re-prioritization of business request which may have impact on business strategies.

Review and ensure that the Functional Specification (FS) prepared by T&O/Vendor are conclusive per Requirement and jointly sign-off the FS with T&O.

Prepare and submit the monthly Demand Management Dashboard Report and other reporting to Group Demand Management

Job Requirements

  • A recognised Degree in Business Management & Entrepreneurship
  • Minimum 2 years of experience and exposure in Banking or Financial Institution
  • Possess good analytical, in problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
