- If you can speak well in Chinese and understand English and BM are welcome

JOB SCOPE:
- To provide professional property advices to the sellers and to assist the sellers to selling off their properties in a short time
- To arrange viewing of the property upon request by the potential buyers
- Negotiating property offers between the buyers and sellers
- To identify the needs of the clients and provide the best choices of the property
- To prepare the documents to facilitate the process of SPA / Tenancy agreement after closing a deal
