A global technology leader in HVAC systems is searching for a VRF Project Leader. In this job, you will lead the project of cooling-only VRF Solution and market expansion plans, manage the schedule, roadmap and deliver the results on time. About the VRF Project Leader (HVAC) Role:
You will be responsible for leading the projects of cooling-only VRF Solution and market expansion plans, manage the schedule, roadmap and deliver results on time. The successful applicant will be based in Thailand for approximately 80% of the time. Key Responsibilities:

• Take on the responsibility of overseeing all aspects of the cooling-only VRF project, including product development, design, manufacturing setup, and sales expansion
• Assume leadership in executing the project and provide regular updates on its progress
• Foster coordination among various functions, including Product Management, Engineering, ISC, HR, and Sales, regarding the project plan, follow-ups, cost management, progress tracking, and reporting
• Identify potential risks in project delivery and guide the project team(s) in implementing mitigation strategies
• Arrange leadership review meetings and actively facilitate the creation of project reports, summaries, and follow-up actions

The successful VRF Project Leader should have prior experience in project management and business development. Key Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, MBA or equivalent
• Over 10 years of experience in HVAC products design and management, manufacturing, and sales and marketing in the related industry
• Strong project management experience, preferably certified by PMI
• Sales and marketing experience would be a bonus
• Proactive in driving project execution, self-motivated
• Strong communication written and verbal skills
